You’ll work closely with teams across the Club to deliver events that engage members, elevate our brand, and create memorable moments. If you’re organized, creative, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, this role offers variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do

- Manage the annual events calendar and build clear timelines to keep everything on track
- Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure strong communication across departments
- Take an active, on-site role during events—supporting set-up, guest experience, vendors, and service flow
- Coordinate food & beverage details, external suppliers, and event budgets
- Refresh and maintain event, banquet, and catering packages
- Support Kids Corner and youth programming by coordinating schedules for Club and private events
- Create or support promotional materials, event communications, and social content
- Capture photos during events to support marketing and engagement
What You Bring
- A proactive, positive attitude and a strong willingness to jump in and get things done
- A highly collaborative approach and the ability to work seamlessly across teams
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Clear, confident communication—written and verbal
- Creativity balanced with structure and follow-through
- 3–5 years of experience in events, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, weddings, or event coordination is an asset
- Serving It Right certification preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Physical aspects of this role include but are not limited to constant standing and walking throughout the shift, along with frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 30 lbs. Additionally, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting may be necessary.
If you enjoy fast-paced environments, take pride in delivering polished experiences, and love being part of a team that makes things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
