SUMMER 2026

The NSWC Marlins Swim Club is currently accepting applications for our 2026 Summer Season. We are looking for expressions of interest from qualified swim coaches. Opportunities may be tailored to the experience, knowledge and strengths of individual applicants, as well as the resourcing needs of the program.

The NSWC Marlins Swim Club is a non-profit, summer swim team that is located at a private club in North Vancouver. We operate our competitive season May through August as part of the BCSSA and have a long history of producing provincial medalists and recordholders.

Our training facility is an outdoor 25-meter, 6 lane pool. The team is made up of developing and seasoned swimmers that range in age from 5-18 years old. We are looking  for coaches with a passion for  the sport of swimming who will foster a fun, competitive environment. Candidates will contribute to a strong team culture focused on respect, hard work and comradery.

Candidates are asked to describe prior coaching experience and experience as a competitive swimmer in their applications. Swim certifications such as NLS and 1 NCCP are encouraged and asked to be highlighted.

A current criminal record check must be provided prior to commencing employment.

Compensation:

We offer competitive salaries with pay tailored to an individual’s qualifications, coaching experience and the specific role offered.

As an employee of the Marlins Swim Club, you will be entitled to certain private club perks that are unique to working in this environment (i.e. discounted meals, use of facility, ability to register for programs, etc.)
