Member Services Representative

Position Summary:

Flexibility is key in this role, as our Member Services front desk operates from 6:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week. Dedication is non-negotiable – we’re seeking individuals committed to going above and beyond to exceed our members’ and guests’ expectations. While knowledge of sports like minor hockey, tennis, fitness, skating, and competitive swimming is advantageous, a passion for learning and a willingness to grow are equally valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and respond to member, guest, and employee inquiries.
  • Answer phone calls and perform administrative duties.
  • Complete online registration using Club software (GameTime).
  • Delegate requests and inquiries to other departments.
  • Develop a strong level of understanding of both Member & Club needs to offer solutions with positive outcomes.
  • Assist with other duties and varying [daily] club needs, as required.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills demonstrated in-person and through email and phone interactions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Solutions-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and proactive in nature.
