ENTRY

• All entries are subject to the approval of the Tournament Director.
• Entry fees must be paid at the time of online registration.
• Entries are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.
• Players may enter one event only.
• No refunds will be processed once the draw has been made.
• The Tournament Director may limit entries, place players in categories, and cancel or combine events.

PLAY/SCHEDULING

• Round Robin tournament – 2 matches guaranteed.
• Draws will be posted online by Friday October 12, 2018.
• Players are expected to play when scheduled and a 15 minute default time will be enforced.
• Unreasonable scheduling requests will not be accepted.  One restriction per person only.
• Play will begin Sunday, October 14 at 9:00am.  Play during the week will begin at 6:00am.
• Quarter Finals (if applicable) will be played Friday, October 19.  If you are scheduled to play a Quarter Final you MUST be available.
• All Semi Finals and Finals will be played Saturday, October 20.  No scheduling requests for October 19 or October 20 will be accepted.
• Players are requested to check in 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
• Players should reconfirm their matches online daily.
• A maximum seven minute warm up will be enforced.
• Please turn off cellular devices while you are playing or watching a match.
• Proper tennis attire including non-marking shoes is required.
• Only water is permitted on the courts, no food/coloured drinks.
• All participants must follow NSWC rules and regulations including the use of guest parking in the underground parking lot.
• All matches are played by the rules of tennis; on and off the court behaviour are governed by the Code of Conduct, any violations will be penalized.
• All decisions made by the Tournament Referee will be final.
