Pickleball Court Booking Procedures

Pickleball court bookings are open to all NSWC members. Members can book indoor pickleball courts 1, 2, 7a and 7b in GameTime, over the phone by calling Member Services at 604-985-4136 (ext 0), or in person at the Front Desk.

Pickleball courts 1 and 2 are available to book from 6:45am to 9:45pm unless a court is blocked off for a lesson. Pickleball courts 7a and 7b are available when not booked for tennis. Check GameTime for availability. If you are having trouble booking courts, please contact Member Services at 604-985-4135 x 0.

Court Bookings

Pickleball Booking Rules

  1. For pickleball court bookings during weekday prime time: 6:00pm, 7:15pm and 8:30pm only doubles is allowed. The names of all 4 players must be registered in Game Time.
  2. Bookings for pickleball courts 1-2 can be made 5 days in advance, starting at 8:00pm. *Please note, staff will be unable to book a court for you before 8:30pm
  3. No back-to-back play permitted (exception: same day booking by calling the Front Desk).
  4. WEEKEND BOOKINGS: Tennis Court 7 has been exclusively reserved for pickleball during the following weekend times: Saturdays: 4:00-6:00pm and Sundays: 2:15-4:45pm.
  5. Outside of these times, Court 7 can also be booked for pickleball (same day booking only) by calling the Front Desk (604-985-4135).
  6. To book and play pickleball on Court 8 outside, you must book this from the Tennis side of GameTime.
  7. 24-hour bookings are permitted.
  8. Cancellation Policy: You will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25 if the booking is cancelled with less than 6 hours notice and/or no-show.
  9. All bookings are 1 hour 15 minutes with final 5 minutes mandatory time for members to clean the court area and vacate the courts to avoid congestion with the incoming group

Pickleball Etiquette and Policies

  1. Appropriate court attire and footwear is required at all times
  2. Courteous behaviour is expected on and off the court
  3. 24-hour cancellation is in effect and must be done by calling Member services
  4. $25 charge for late cancellations
  5. $25 charge for no shows to all players booked
  6. All names are required on GameTime booking
  7. Absolutely no playing tennis over the pickleball nets.
