For over 17 years, Coach Sheldon has helped goalies of all levels sharpen their skills to improve their game and reach their full potential. Sheldon is passionate about hockey, and since his hockey starts at nine years old, he has experienced hockey at rinks throughout North America, Europe, and Australia. He brings what he has learned from these countries with him, along with the High Performance 1 accreditation, to create a personalized plan and approach for each goalie. Sheldon asks everyone he works with to be continual learners and he takes that advice to heart, he spends his off-ice time viewing film and researching coaching methodologies and taking further education courses. Sheldon has recently completed courses on Mental Toughness in athletes, and How to Coach Beyond the X’s and O’s.
